After given guidance from our agency, I lead a team of 4 Sr. Designers, a copywriter, and a production design team in campaign development from photoshoot planning to asset execution. We were tasked with designing 120+ assets within 4 months across all marketing channels (print, web, social, media).
In order to meet this deadline, I introduced the use of Sketch libraries for my designers and Zeplin for our developers. This resulted in a 50% increase in our production efficiency and improved accuracy in development.
